Handymanplaza.com immediately removes fraudsters, scammers, and rogue companies that we encounter during our random checks without giving reasons.

We are not part of the transaction between advertisers and bidders/companies. Disputes must be resolved mutually between advertisers and bidders/companies. A placed assignment remains on the site until an agreement has been concluded or until Handymanplaza.com deems it necessary to remove this placed request/assignment due to, for example, an overly unclear description or when it is in conflict with applicable legislation.
Without excluding any other legal remedy, Handymanplaza.com may suspend or terminate your membership if we suspect you of engaging in fraudulent activities on our site. In addition to suspending or terminating membership, Handymanplaza.com also maintains a list of both advertisers and bidders whose membership has been suspended or terminated. Handymanplaza.com reserves the right to publish this list on the website in case of suspicion of fraudulent activities to ensure the quality of our site and to protect both advertisers and bidders against rogue practices.
